My father went to Mallands at the beginning of May and we were so looking forward to him being there as it is an amazing place. The staff are incredible and Roz has so much passion for her residents or family as she calls them. Sadly my dad …
My mum arrived on Wednesday and I made my first visit today. The staff are so compassionate and caring. It seems nothing is too much trouble for their residents. They respect dignity too.
Wouldn't recommend.
