Residents are left sitting in a chair looking at a wall TV is obscured, no activities, shower didn’t work properly for weeks, clothes disappeared toiletries disappeared, some days no duvet on bed, majority of staff are miserable no interaction with residents. Food is ok.
The Staff are really excellent with the residents, the food is always made on site, which is really nice, staff are very friendly.
Awful place! Workers don't want to be there, says alot! Patients not treated aswell as they should be and the company cut corners which do not benefit the Patients.
Been visiting for the last two days and the day we leave it's my father's 90th birthday and they won't let us in unless we take a latrear flow test just to say goodbye that's disgusting service
