Please think twice before entrusting your vulnerable loved one to the Dementia Household. They simply do not have enough staff to give residents with complex needs the care and support that they deserve and need. The facilities, food, environment and staff are very good but the home is let down by understaffing.

This is for the coffee shop - it was delightful, lovely atmosphere, nice coffee and of course delicious cake (I had the lemon drizzle). I highly recommend it.
