Moorend Care Home is a warm, welcoming place with truly caring and dedicated staff. The home is clean, well-run, and has a lovely, calm atmosphere. Staff treat residents with dignity and kindness, and communication with families is excellent. I would highly recommend Moorend to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.
My wife has been in Care for 3.5 years with advanced dementia. It’s not a 5* type home but care is very good, management realistic and both proactive and responsive . Plenty of activities and shows for the residents. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and are themselves very caring people.
Mum has been at Moorend nearly 18 months and cannot praise the staff there enough the love and care they show to every resident is above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble I would definitely recommend here 💗 …
