I have an elderly relative who is in this Care Home and the care is just fabulous and they have given her a new lease of life. The staff are all fabulous and really try their best to look after those who reside there. Can't praise them highly enough.
Treat your staff and elderly better…. So many people I encounter keep complaining of what a bad experience they have. Work less on appearance and more with facts! Also stop the internal wars of gossips, gaslighting and throwing mud on people’s reputations…..
I wouldn't put your elderly in this home. It is extremely badly managed and understaffed. The elderly are not looked after properly or given the medication they require on a timely basis. My Mother had an awful experience.
