Absolutely wonderful customer-centred care! The team are gentle, professional and friendly. They go out of their way to fit the service to the client rather than the other way round. It's natural to want the best care for your loved one, and My Horizon Care have that really personal touch that makes all the difference.
Disrespectful, rude, judgemental, confrontational, aggressive and untrained staff, especially the one who calls herself Mata. Terrible experience with this lot. The only thing I would recommend is emergency care training for the lot of them.
Am very happy with the service my Horizon care provided me with,Fatima and also the care and support the manager(Ebi) gives me ,am really going to miss you and the wanderful service you deliver
