Lovely nursing home. Staff really care and do their best in a tough environment. But I wish people from the hospital wouldn’t keep parking in the nursing home car park, there’s not many spaces to start with. There should be a “pass” system which would be easy to implement.
I love visiting this home, residents are always engaged in the fabulous activities on offer. Kind and compassionate care is delivered.
Sadly I can't visit often but today was terrible. Twice today there were no members of staff in the 1st floor lounge. As a visitor I had to try and help other people as no one was around. If we could move mam we would.
My Father received Residential care for 6 weeks here after being discharged from hospital after a fall . The care is fantastic , very professional and the staff are Lovely very caring . Would highly recommend .
My Dad recently passed away, whilst in the care of the staff at Melbury court. I can honestly say that the care and support my Dad received was way above and beyond what was expected. He was treat with respect and decency, kindness and more …
