Partner telephoned in advance & arranged to see a friend in here- what a waste of time that was !! When she arrived at the designated time her friend was unable to meet her as she was just about to be bathed ! I have had a one week respite in the norman hurst and it has been a really good time the staff are absolutely first class I could not ask for any better it's been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this home and if I need respite again I would not hesitate to go back there again
