I can’t fault any aspect of the care received in the 2years my Dad was in the Lodge. The management and carers were wonderful and supported us as a family as well as the needs of my Dad.
Would say 65% satisfied but room for huge improvements!! I would suggest staying more than an hour and observing what is going on around you!! Never enough staff etc
