I visit Outram Care Home every 2 weeks to deliver seated aerobic exercises to the residents. This care home is outstanding. It is a very luxury care home with caring and down to earth staff. The residents I work with are brilliant and it is a pleasure to visit them every 2 weeks. It is such a nice environment to be in.
