By far the worst care home. Very rude staff who lie about the care they give. Do not care for the residents wellbeing. The place is disgusting and not cared for. Mistreat family members of residents and visitors.
If I could give a minus star I would! The nurses and carers are great but the management are awful and all they are interested in is safe guarding themselves. I would always recommend to avoid!
They looked after my Nan for the last 3 years. Fantastic bunch of people cannot thank them enough. Always happy to see me and very welcoming. Thank you x
Absolutely awful care home, staff have no interest in caring for any elderly, only care about covering for each other and there own backs, staff are rude and not helpful at all, my list could go I would not recommend this care home at all
