Staff/carers of this nursing home are vile. When I have come to visit I have witnessed them talk badly towards elderly residents, as well as to their own staff. I cannot just sit and watch others be treated so poorly.
My mother has been in this home for nearly 3 months. The staff are very kind and caring. We had some teething problems, which have been addressed well, so I have updated my review accordingly. Thanks to the team for acting so swiftly on my concerns.
I cared for a gentleman and when I was in need of a break, after several disasters, I found Patcham Nursing Home. I was surprised at all the care and attention to details by the staff and management. I highly recommend it to anyone.
