My mum in law spent 2-3 weeks in there to return home with burns on her stomach. No explanation given til complaint went in to say mum got burned by soup or gravy is just wrong as who in thier right mind gives someone food that's scolding. …

My grandmother has never been happier since being here, her needs increased and priory court made it so much easier for her and the family. We now have our happy grandmother back thanks to all the staff at priory court. Such high standard of care and compassion and will always be thankful for all their support.

The staff are very kind and always happy to help. Whilst this is not a critisism it is a fact that the variety of nationalities within the nursing staff means that direct verbal communications can sometimes be difficult. Mainly because it can be hard to understand what they say. But this is no reflection on the care they provide.
