I had the pleasure of visiting Queens Meadow for the first time in a while, it was so great to see everyone's smiling faces! The staff are so good and residents all smiling. I thought the murals upstairs were great. From the Maldives to the Hartlepool Headland!
Mam was a resident at queen's meadow the employees have a very very hard job looking after the residents the employees (carers) especially( rachael) always give 100 percent mam was in the dementia care rooms on the first floor (thank you for looking after my mam )🙏🙏🙏 …
My mam is a resident at Queens Meadow and the care she gets is 2nd to none. The staff are all caring and are a 100% committed to care giving .
My grandmother went in for respite and ended up with covid and pneumonia, staff made no attempt to contact medical professionals and my grandmother died from pneumonia 3 weeks later.
Great home, very friendly staff. Home manager very approachable
