The manager Latasha, and staff at Redcot are so friendly, caring and helpful when we are in the home as visiting professionals. The home is very warm and welcoming with a ‘homely’ feel and great views across the South Downs. The staff and residents provide a happy and friendly atmosphere in the home and we enjoy our visits here.
Absolutely lovely home I've been visiting a while now covering for the hairdresser and I must say it's an absolute pleasure residents and staff are very friendly and happy I leave feeling good that I've popped an extra big smile on their faces for having their hair done .... we all feel great after a hair do!! And a good chat :)
From first visiting the home to now the staff are all very welcoming and communicative. The care my mother has received has been sympathetic and attentive. The home is very 'homely' and it is like visiting a private residence rather than an institution. The kittens have been a great addition to the overall ambience!
We are so pleased we selected Redcot - the staff have always gone the extra mile even more so in these difficult times.
