Awful service over the last couple of weeks from management, taken nearly 3 weeks to tell me my mum not suitable for the care home. Chased every day to find out whether they had done the assessment and didn’t respond during a very stressful period for our family. They need to improve communications and understand how families feel.
My great nan was cared for here. After talking to some carers, including ones that have recently left I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! Absolutely disgraceful. Managers are terrible.
