I have a relative who lives at Rivelin, she is very happy here and feels well supported and cared for, and I know she is too which gives me peace of mind. Staff are excellent, friendly, caring and very supportive and take the time to get to know the residents.
Very friendly homely care home. Family member is a service user here and enjoys it. Well looked after and enjoys the food and banter from staff says she feels this is her home now.
The home has recently changed ownership and Katy Gane is now the new manager.The Rivelin is very homely, the staff are all lovely and nothings too much trouble. Its literally a 5 minute walk to the sea front so easy to take a family member out for an ice cream or for a walk down St Peters Ave.
The staff at The Rivelin are very kind and caring. The activities on offer for the residents are different day to day and cater for the needs of those who join in. I would highly recommend the Rivelin
