My mother was in this Nursing home for 5 months until she developed Sepsis and died . After what we believed was a positive meeting afterwards, with Managers who weren’t there at the time, we are now able to see the very poor treatment and care my mother received. Particularly from Nursing staff. It was frankly shocking.
Roden Hall is a really beautiful care home. The facilities are more like a 5* hotel which suits my grandma. She is really happy at Roden Hall and loves all the staff and says how nothing is too much trouble. The food is also excellent which is important.
