Excellent care from compassionate caring staff. Very comfortable surroundings, food catered for the individual, entertainment, hobbies everyday. Wonderful home from home. Thank you to the wonderful people who looked after my husband for 10 months and ensured he enjoyed life to the full throughout his illness.
Staff are excellent at their jobs and are always accommodating to visitors. Nothing is an effort and the treatment of the residents goes further than just a job. The only criticism is the cleanliness of the bedrooms that has gone down hill in the last month or so. Hopefully this will return to the high standard it was.
