The care that my mum is receiving at Rose Lodge is amazing. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, caring and they will go out of their way to make everyone feel at home.
It has been a good experience at Rose lodge for my mum. Staff are kind and do what they can within the limits of the time they have available. My mum enjoys the activities.
The care my mum has received at Rose Lodge has been second to none. The staff are friendly and caring and the overall atmosphere in the home is calm and peaceful. The doors are always open to visitors at any time. I am very happy to have my mum looked after at Rose Lodge.
My mum was in for respite care. We visted her but the entrance is not wheelchair accessible. There was no wheelchair parking spaces. I wouldn't recommend it to others.
