I stayed here for 6 and half weeks as part of my rehab at Southport Spinal Unit. The staff couldn't do enough for me and other guests. They interacted with everyone. The food was to die for, literally. It was amazing. Fully recommend this hotel.
Edwardian frontage backing onto lake. Staff welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Lunchtime in lounge / diner where staff very attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Guests enjoying each others company and made me feel very welcome.
Good rest, bite place for people with disabilities. The staff are fantastic and doing a great job in making their holidays fun and enjoyable. I have been with my client twice now, and they are always very helpful and accommodating.

Very poor place...I was in for spinal rehabilitation and i expected so much more..Below average needs for Physio. Equipment for Physio was your own bed..Yes your own bed...and a Physio who thought he knew everything...who had people talking …
