An awful experience from beginning to end. A dark, dirty, dindgy place with very little 'care'. The senior staff were incompetent, some staff were ok and tried their best however many couldn't even speak English. Unfortunately for us, the …
Most disappointing experience ever. Head nurses and Home managers had no remorse for those in the home. The regular nurses could not understand or speak basic English, they were not trained in basic things the residents needed. Rude and incompetent and the whole experience was a total nightmare. Hardly deserves 1 star.
