Always short-staffed with very rude staff, the worst experience I've had—unprofessional with a consistently bad attitude towards the agencies that are there to help them. Their management should be informed about what is happening,nd measures should be taken.!
My daughter has lived there for the last 12 years and without their care and attention she would not be the happy and comfortable person she is now. No one will go into a better care home than this one
