If you value your loved ones then steer clear of this hole. The care given to my relative was so awful we took it to the ombudsman - their response was “we didn’t do anything”. Rubbish - the money paid in return for the level of care was criminal
Friendly caring staff. Made our mum comfortable. Also even on days they were very busy took time to explain how mum has been. I can't visit often as I live abroad.
