My father in law was a resident at the home. We found all the staff to be lovely and caring considering the challenging conditions throughout covid. I was kept well informed of his progress whilst there. The home is beautiful inside with lovely private ensuite rooms.
Really don't know where the negative reviews have come from. In my experience the home has been wonderful. Staff are caring and do their best for residents and no issues with management at all. Would recommend people go see for themselves rather than judge based on reviews that don't actually go into any details.
Fantastic home the staff are really lovely. The new manager is wonderful really kind and caring. I enjoy seeing all the activities taking place at Southwell via facebook.
