Carehome is clean, staff welcoming and loving
Attention to detail is missing with some staff. It seems to be the same staff that are busy. Also I sampled a bit of birthday cake which my mother refused to eat it was disgusting the cream had a sour taste and the sponge tasted of salted flour. I let staff know
