Staff here very friendly and look after my sister extremely well, better than her old home medlock unit is fab xx
Food here is shocking. Poor booking system for visiting relatives. Received a lot of incorrect information from the receptionist and the phones go unanswered on many occasions. Staff smoking in the car park - in view of visitors. Not happy and relative now moved.
Great care home the staff are really friendly and couldn't wait to meet my dad has he resides there now and hopefully he will live the rest of his days here being well looked after. Couldn't ask for more
