We can not express the appreciation and gratitude we feel towards every staff member at St Teresa's. They all looked after our Mum in her final days with respect and dignity. As visitors we felt welcomed and informed which was of great comfort. Well done all.
Had a family member stay trying to get a response to anyone answer the telephone at the home was in possible after 5pm or all day at weekends when mention to office staff a when visiting family members a vacant reply of shrugged shoulders
