St. Vincent’s Residential Care Home is a friendly, welcoming ‘home from home’ with a CQC ‘Good’ rating in Bexhill-on-Sea. Our dedicated kind, caring staff have been with us for many years, making it easier for us to really know our 24 residents’ likes and dislikes. Blog 04/03/24 Not only does March mean a little bit of luck, thanks to St Patricks Day, it is also a month to celebrate important women, welcome Spring and celebrate Easter We are busy preparing for Easter and are selling raffle tickets for those who would like to buy them. There will be lots of lovely prizes on offer – as always. After that, we will be planning for the main summer event, the big cream tea, where as well as a raffle, we have the tombola, a cream tea and entertainment. We hope the sun is shining for that, so we can all enjoy it out in the garden. In addition to all things Easter, we have aromatherapy with Rachel on the 7th, Furry Friends on the 14th, coffee mornings every Tuesday at the local church hall (conveniently situated right next door!) and lots more . Thank you to all those who completed the homes annual quality assurance questionnaire which were sent out to families and residents in January. We had positive results and lots of lovely comments, which were shared with the staff and homeowner. We take on private or funded residents and pride ourselves on End-of-Life Care, never moving anyone on when the time comes. We also offer day care for those who might like to come along to get a feel of the home, the activities we provide and a taste of the chefs cooking.
