My father in law has been there for about a year now, and with all homes there’s a few issues to begin with, but I find that both Vicky & Ross ( manager & deputy manager are easy to approach with any concerns and get sorted. All the staff are friendly and are great with my father in law . Erica and Tony are brilliant.
Not enough staff to care for the residents. Mostly agency staff with no continuity. Definitely would not recommend.
