Only giving 1 star as there is no zero star . Tendering accepted my aunt who has dementia and after only 4 days they sent her back to A & E Southampton General, saying her dementia was too advanced and she was too difficult. I was appalled …
I have been at Tendring now for 3 months and I couldn’t wish for a better place to be. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
Two of the managers at the care home don’t know how to run the place, the care staff are lovely just not the two main managers
