Lovely staff who do their best but not enough to go round. Follows government ratios of 4 carers per 25 residents which is clearly too few especially in the Nursing Care unit. Consequently residents must sometimes wait longer than is comfortable or acceptable for assistance. Food is good and activities team fantastic.
Badly run, every single piece of paperwork received during my Mother's time with them was incorrect, she was only there due to the NHS sending her without consultation with us, yet they seemed to think we "chose them" Always short staffed …
Very dirty residents always getting cold tea coffee and cold food staff are rude bullies and lazy
The staff are friendly and helpful, the food and rooms were both lovely for a care home. A happy environment with activities to do every day. Pleasant relaxing environment.
Appalling behaviour from management, if you complain about poor care & being unsupported in your role, nothing happens except you receive a threatening letter, stating if you say anymore they will seek legal action!
