My mother has just spent 10 weeks in the Limes care home for end of life care after a cancer diagnosis. The standard of care she received was excellent and every member of staff whom I came across were genuinely kind and caring people. I am very grateful to them all and would have no problem in recommending this place to anyone.
I recently paid a visit to The Laurels and Limes Care Home and received a warm welcome from the staff who were all really friendly and helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere in the home and my friend felt happy and cared for which was very reassuring.
Has been 4 but unfortunately now a 1 due to my experiences in last 2 days and the total lack of care, attention, fluids,nutrition and basic hygene that has NOT been given to my very frail father. 2 carers over a weekend is clearly ridiculous and dangerous for the amount of residents homed at the Limes.
Thank you for the care you provided for my brother Robert. The carers were wonderful and dedicated . We can’t thank you enough.
A lovely, clean home for the elderly. Nice situation good food and accommodation. The staff are caring but a bit stretched at times.
