My Mum has been at the Manor house for over three years now. I consider this care home consider a good home. This home specialises in dementia, so items go missing as dementia patience don't understand what they are doing. I don't have any complaints the staff are very caring.
My mum lived here for 6 months. She was really happy and the care is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home
Mum been in here for a few couple of years, went through the abusive staff times ( few members of staff charged with assault of folks, manager moved on), items stolen from room, purse looked into for valuables, random care given, meals and drinks forgotten to be given, big trust issues with this place so best to avoid.
Not that good staff are ok but there not helpful with my nan
Wouldn’t even give it one star and there are so many reasons why!
