I come every week with my dog and the residents are always pleased to stroke and make a fuss of him. I also get great pleasure from my visits to The Manor where the staff are always so helpful and friendly and the residents always have a smile and are obviously extremely well cared for. Sending letters to me addressed to a dead person for newspapers he never received. Furthermore I was his neighbour not a family member. They seem unable to respond to emails both now and throughout his care. Absolutely disgusting.
