I use the hydro therapy suite at The Orchard Trust and it is absolutely amazing. It has been so beneficial to me during my ongoing recovery. I also volunteer and did my first event at the weekend and loved it. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. A kinder bunch of people you couldn’t meet.
