Fantastic caring and professional staff who not only look after the residents, but also their loved ones, too. There are few good things to take from seeing a parent struck down with dementia, but getting to know the people at the Terrace has been an entirely positive and uplifting experience.

The Terrace is an excellent care home with kind and welcoming staff. Every effort is made to make the residents feel “at home” with very comfortable surroundings. I highly recommend it!
I can't believe the difference in mum, they have been brilliant in finding mum the right room for her needs, nothing to much trouble, they involve mum and arrange video call to her grandaughter every 2 weeks, she still has bad days but they handle her so well, can't fault it
