This sacred, special place is always growing. Over time, new bulbs for Spring have arisen. Lots of blackberries in Autumn. Usually very free of rubbish, people respect it. Such an enchanting wander.
Just moved to Clayton le Moors and this beautiful retreat, absolutely gorgeous to chill out and take the dog for walk.
Nice little Woods to have a stroll, there are cute little fairy houses spotted around on the trees that the children enjoy! There is also a little stream in the woods which it nice to look at. Also within the woods are signs showing different woodland creatures and their habitat.
Lovely walk around the woodlands, Wilson's playing fields and on to look at the Chuckery Farm. Up to the Leeds Liverpool canal for a lovely view accross to Pendle Hill. Finishing off the circular walk back at the woodlands.
Lovely place great for walking dogs and large playing fields at the back, it's our hounds favourite place
