Very badly run. Staff retention abhorrent, rats crawling in walls and close to front doors. Previous manager left after only a couple of weeks due to such poor staffing and being totally ignorant of her duty.
Wonderful caring environment treating everyone with compassion love and a sense of family. Thank you for everything you have done for mum x
