This home had been inspected by the CQC and rated Good three weeks before we chose it for my aunt. Six days after moving in she had a fall, but I was not told as the home 'did not consider it significant.' Three days later she fell again …
Not very nice place some of the female staff came across as very abrupt and rude and unprofessional and the residents where scared and very browbeaten I didn't feel comfortable at all view with out warning and more than once before you consider sentencing a friend or relative to this establishment and what the outcome my be .
Beautiful home, staff are very friendly and helpful, all the residents seem very happy.
Friendly caring staff. Pretty garden and safe stay as long as you like
