I paid a visit my great uncle who has been living there for a few months now and I have to say the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing was to much they put on a lovely lunch for us and my great uncle is so happy and settled we enjoyed the music therapy with the other residents who doesn't love a sing along
Our Mum Phyllis lives in Trembaths and has settled in really well .All the staff are brilliant ,very kind and caring they are always smiling ,nothing is too much trouble ,we are so happy that Trembaths is our Mums forever home.
Staff are professional, friendly, caring and kind. I know that my mum is safe living there which is a huge relief to me.
Superbly managed carehome, friendly loving staff, a real family atmosphere, great activities (music sing songs are so theraputic), a real gem.
Wonderful care home - lots of activities, lots of space, lots of care and consideration for the individual residents' needs.
