Avoid Avoid do not send your relative there. They are under staffed, they messed my relatives medication up several times in a short space of time which they ended up needing hospital treatment to correct. Please if you love your relatives keep them well clear of this place.
could do alot more for my nannan and they should be wearing mask and uniform don't do owt more bother about there fake eyelashes and it's a fashion show when they turn up worst company ever wouldn't recommend
Some stuff are OK. Service is Pool people walk round hat night. Nobody about. Not 24 hour care.
When my aunty first went into the home she didnt like it but now she does she's met new friends some she as none a long time and she gets very good help and i am informed on everything she is treated very well and with great respect and now is very happy there
Staff are always polite and helpful the building is always in good order
