All of the staff at Victory Care Home have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, Kayleigh the deputy manager goes above and beyond to ensure service excellence. The home is beautiful and you can genuinely tell that the staff have the residents very best interests at heart.

The staff in the assessment unit were very helpful and patient, they take time to listen and help each individual in their care. They really helped my mum settle in and adapt to the new environment. One person in particular made an extra effort to built up a strong rapport with my mum so thank you to Claire and also the wider team.
