I had a very terrible ,frightening experience that left me uncomfortable . Staff are very passive aggressive there was human waste near the corridors , when I notified a staff member she scoffed and rolled her eyes and didn’t proceed to take further action and sort the mess out as it is unsanitary im very appalled by this behaviour
