My Mum was admitted to West View in October 2025. During her stay at the unit the staff could not be faulted. My Mum was treated as a person rather than a patient. Without their help & encouragement, Mum wouldn't have been able to return home to resume independent living. I can't thank them enough. Forever grateful!

I stayed at West View for a short period of time. I had my own room. And the meals were delicious and of good quality. All the staff worked hard. And they were all very friendly and welcoming. Very clean too. The staff were outstanding. Thank you.
My mum came home after rehabilitation, she was looked after very well and the physiotherapist were marvellous. Im very happy for what they done for her and the care she had.
Lovely care home lovely staff but terrible if you need to contact them no one ever seems to answer the phone have tried 2 numbers left 4 messages and still no communication
