Poor management and a lack of good care. Old fashioned care methods. The staff are over worked and stressed with no support. The building is falling down and mould everywhere.
Nice atmosphere, the workers are so lovely, the residents are cared for with so much love.
Bad memories & regrets from mum's stay there.
