Visited this care home as an agency. The first ever care home I could see all the residents happy. They interact with staff like family. Handover is done well ahead of closing time and staff are punctual. Also, there’s no ‘signature smell’ as in other care homes.
I can not find one negative in this wonderful home . They are a true “Care” “Home” My mum calls it home and has never been happier. …
I can't say much as am not part of the working team, I enjoyed my stay the few times I've been there, I like the staffs as they talked really well with me. So yeah, it's a lovely home.
I carnt praise wilton house enough. My mum moved there in January. The staff are kind and caring. Plenty activities for residents to do. A big thankyou.
Excellent care for my Nana when she was there.
