On behalf of my mam aswell as me we think this a really good home for nan to be in. All the nurses and staff are so efficient and polite and we are even offered a cuppa too. I also think that nan's wellbeing is improving too which is good especially when nan has only been in the home for a short time.
Such a lovely team of staff who genuinely care for their residents. I will be forever grateful that my father, Glyn Hopkins, was cared for here x
