Poor care home. Staff refusing phone calls with my dad and no visiting who has been diagnosed with dimentia. 8 weeks on and we can't still visit.. poor communication , staff are rude.. chaves who think they more know than the doctors and specialists. Phone calls are Also monitored. Avoid at all costs.
This looks like a really excellent rest home. CQC scores of good in every area, very well maintained, staff that really seem to care about their work and excellent management team.
Great rest home, well run, great team of staff, lovely house, home from home feeling.
