Deplorable and despicable. Witnessed elderly residents being shouted at, fingers snapped at, and treated unjustly. Watched one carer inform someone that the reason their family are not there is because they are dead. And this was in a span of 20 minutes. Should be ashamed of themselves.
Absolutely disgusting place , filthy with rats running around , no consideration for the poor elderly residents , hardly any full time carers, or cooks , elderly residents being fed 7 days a week on soup & sandwiches, my list goes on & on & on . Any body on fb who has a poor elderly resident at this hell hole pls message me on fb
